Description
Cement or granulated lime is used for binding and stabilization during road base course repair or construction. Our tipper truck mounted spreader dispenses a metered amount of product onto the road with a rotary valve, which through its associated smarts, meters the product out correctly irrespective of the ground speed of the truck eliminating operator error and to provide a consistent deposit rate as specified every time.
The unit comes with easy to use, intuitive in-cab controls to allow its full control.
The unit provides for easy transfer from cement to lime or other spreadable material and utalises customer presets for quickly changing setups.
Dust shrouds ensure the product stays where it is being put, and reduces dust providing a safer working environment around the unit.
The design allows for easy regular cleaning of the dispensing rotor without having to empty the bin through a lift up panel. Safety cutouts ensure the unit can be cleaned without fingers getting hurt.
The unit is also easily removed from the truck so the truck asset can be fully utilized during the off season.
