Our trailer vacuum tank consists of a single 20,000 litre tank, a high quality PTO driven high flow vacuum pump. The tank is mounted onto chassis members suitable for twin axel assembles. The unit can be manufactured either certified to full New Zealand COF standard and road registered, or for without registration for farm use.
Although manufactured as a fully integrated unit, the pump unit is connected into the hydraulic PTO of the pulling vehicle. It's easy access manways allow for easy cleaning. Controls for hydraulic arms and valving is remotely controlled from the tractor cab.
Fitted with vacuum pressure protection, all hoses and fittings, the unit is all ready for work once connected to the tractor.
Variations on size and fittings and level of remote control can be accomodated depending on your requirements.
Standard configuration:
One compartment of 20,000 litres for dirty water or clean water storage. The tank is provided with a three 3 Metre 150mm outlet hose, supplied with camlock fittings, two sight level glasses, primary ball shutoff valve with secondary inline filter. Provided with vacuum relief valve for suction and pressure relief valves for pressure. Man hatches into vacuum tank and on rear of tank. Rear spray nozzel discharge spreader is provided. Side trays for hose storage. Rear wheel of axel assembly are self turning and remotely lockable for reverse. Brakes and 12/24V LED lighting are provided for COF versions. The unit is 2 pak painted both inside and out. Suction arms hydraulically controlled.
Vacuum pump capacity is 15,000 litres/min.
